KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Ltd (SSPC) has awarded two separate contracts to two companies based in Sabah.
The contract signing ceremony took place today during the opening ceremony of the Sabah Oil, Gas & Energy Conference and Exhibition (SOGCE) in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Guest of Honour, Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun, Sabah Minister of Finance and Chairman of state-owned SMJ Energy Sdn Bhd, together with Siti Hurrairah Sulaiman, Country Chair of Shell Malaysia and Senior Vice President of Upstream Malaysia.
Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Ltd (SSPC) signed a contract with company A (redacted for third party review).
In the same ceremony, Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Ltd also signed a contract with SAZMA Aviation for the provision of offshore helicopter services to safely transport personnel to and from offshore locations.
Chief Executive Officer of SAZMA Aviation, Rodney Pinus signed on behalf of the company, while its Chairman Datuk Hassan A Gani Pg.Amir as the witness
Both contracts were signed by Wong Kim Mun, SSPC’s General Manager.
Also present at this ceremony were Datuk Bacho Pilong, Senior Vice President of Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), PETRONAS, SOGCE Organiser, Dolly Jimayol, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer and Sabah Oil & Gas Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SOGDC).
