TAWAU: The High Court, presided by Steve Ritikos, has fixed key timelines in the civil dispute involving AuMas Resources Berhad and Wullersdorf Resources Sdn. Bhd. against several defendants, including Southsea Gold Sdn. Bhd..
The court set Feb 26, 2026 for affidavits in opposition and March 12, 2026 for replies on a striking-out application. A new application by the fifth defendant will follow a similar timeline, with deadlines on March 2 and March 16, 2026.
All parties must file written submissions for three applications by March 31, 2026, with replies by April 14, 2026.
The hearing is fixed for April 29, 2026, which will also cover Enclosure 4. The earlier date of March 18 has been vacated.
The court also applied the same timeline to an injunction application and stressed that any request for extension of time must be filed within the prescribed period.
